Achievement in Special Effects is an award given to movies that feature excellent nude scenes. Actually, not so much excellent nude scenes, but the presence of nude scenes in general. Any movie with a nude scene is great. If a movie shows boobies, the Academy is forced to nominate the film for the the award. If a movie shows full-frontal female nudity, the Academy is forced to automatically give them the Oscar and $10,000,000. The award was entitled Achievement in Special Effects due to the fact that boobies are very special, and the effect that they have on the audience is uncomparable to any other effect a movie can present.
