Andre Boisclair was born to Rick James and Sophia in Labour Day of 1354. At the age of 6, he was impaled by a large drinking straw. Little else is known of Andre's childhood until 1876, when he was elected in political office in Quebec, by famed Canadian Oscar Wilde.

Boisclair is widely believed to be the next great Canadian leader. He supports the British Columbia cocaine industry, is against the re-integration of Alberta into regular society, is glad to have never been to Toronto, supports Quebec's independance, and is allergic to fish.
