The Arctic Ocean, below Nintendo's headquarters and to the left of Microsoft, is an underwater company persuing the objective of producing alien Sega prostitutes. The leader of this organisation is Skeletor, but he hasnt been busted by the FBI because of his clever mustache.

Skeletor's mustache is a clever parallelism to super Mario's mustache. He is also rumored to be the vice president of the Arctic Oean.
