A belt. What a funny word. Belt. Anyways, this thing is used most of the time to put in your closet and make it look better. Other times people put it around their hips to make their hips look prettier too. If you watch carefully, many actors wear belts also making people think that they are indeed attractive somehow. And when star wars came out with a microphone attached to 3 a4 sheets of aluminum and speakers blasting at 50 psi the highlighters of comedy central seemed to make clock rampage the backpacks of the 18th century along with the addition of the butterfly effect the the trash can that sang by itself.
Belts are also used as a skirt substitute by chavettes in the uk.
