Bipartisan refers to a type of political discussion using catchphases whenever things come in pairs. If something comes in pairs, and can be involved in political discussion, and the speaker is trying to sound intellectual, then it is most likely a bipartisan debate.

Examples include:

  • Breasts - Her breasts happened to be bipartisan.
  • Hands - I only have bipartisan hands to work with.
  • Feet - My bipartisan feet set foot upon the podium.
  • Pears - Don't you see that you're all a bunch of bipartisan fruit?
