You go into the bathroom and look into the mirror with the lights off and the room completely black with only candles lit, scream 'Bloody Mary' thirteen times while you turn around, a woman will appear and scratch your face up/off and that's what it is all about.

There are also variations like Hell Marry - summoning the Satan himself with bleeding walls - like he had nothing better to do anyway. It's 7 times you turn round. That's what it is all about, oh and it is also about colliding your head with the mirror, did I already mention it?

This all applies if you are a girl/woman. But it it true? Imagine you turning around and screaming in a small bathroom. What do you expect? Bash your head? Fall down? Hurt yourself? Of course. You will not only see Bloody Marry and Satan, you will also see stars floating around your head. Sooo aaaaaalll feaaaaar Bloooodyy Biiiiitttt.... eerrrrrr ....... But what happens if you do this as a man? Going alone into a dark bathroom with candles shouting Horny Marry with a seducing voice? You will probably end up jerking and calling it a good. Or you ll slash the window with your head turning around just for the fun of it.
