Bontempi formerly MinusCircus, formerly "Gerry and ths Snuff Children" formerly "GashMagnet" were a Irish band from the turn of the 21st Century. A misspelling of the French phrase for "good times," Bontempi made its mark playing in the Chipshops of Dublin. In 1998 the three band members, Gerry, Spunky and Gandalf, got together at their local Ironmongers's place and enacted the greatest 4 minutes in music of all time, a song called "Nous Dormons Ensemble." Today they are considered three of the most unconventional musicians of the post punk era, or any other time. Their sound has been coined "confused-orientation rock."
