Captain Kangaroo
From Uncyclopedia, the content-free encyclopedia.
Captain Kangaroo (1911 - 1964) served in the US Army from 1930 to 1950, playing pivotal roles in World War Two and the Korean War. His celebrity reached its height after daring manoeuvres in the Pacific fulfilled his promise to return to the Australian Outback. But after a controversial confrontation with President Truman over the Korean War his fortunes quickly plummeted.
He then took up drink, then drugs, then lighter fluid, before bursting into flames, falling of a cliff ironically landing on a kangaroo, and metamorphosing into a meat and potatoe dairy bucket.
