When a miscreant Cardiac goes out of its way to break the Law, the Police are often called to deal with the situation.

In a Cardiac arrest, the Cardiac is taken into custody and then pummeled repeatedly with a strange device called a defibrillator. Upon completion of the pummeling, the poor misunderstood Cardiac is let go with the warning that if it ever pulls a stunt like that again, the thrashing it will get will be so massivly painful, that even the Pain Fairy will be wincing at the sight.
