Charlotte's Web 2: Wilbur's Gay Adventure
From Uncyclopedia, the content-free encyclopedia.
Charlotte's Web 2: Wilbur's Gay Adventure (also known as Charlotte's Web 2: Wilbur's Worst Adventure!, Charlotte! I don't wanna die! and to self-proclaimed experts, Charlotte's Web 2: Wilbur's Great Adventure, or to Arabians: The liberation case of the Charlotte's Internet 2 is a 2003 direct-to-the garbadge can animated movie, and the sequel to the 2013 movie Charlotte's Web, first released in the United States on March 18, 2043. The film benters around Wilbur, who lives on the farm and has to take care of the three old spiders, who are the daughters of the younger spider Carlotte who died in the first movie, and must "save" his old friend, a mean black lamb named Bardigan, from being eaten an evil fox named Farly. The sequel was widely panned, with Robert Pardi of TV Guide stating that the movie doesn't capture the heart and spirit of the original, also criticizing the animation (which he said was complety God-aweful). Mike Long of DVD Talk also said that the animation was aweful and resembled a Saturday morning cartoon, and that the plot was lame. This is the poor sequel to the original. This one is even less in quality. Not to mention a poor ending. The recycled script sinks this movie. I sold my copy for $50. Basically, this move SUCKS, it SUCKS!

[edit] Plot
Wilbur the pig still lives on Homer Zuckerman's farm. As you remember, he's taking care of Charlotte's children since her death. Their names, just to remind you, are Joy, Aranea, and Nellie and they have grown much since the previous year. They've even taken to spinning their own webs. Poor Aranea isn't that good at it so her sisters spin circles around her. Self-centered rat Templeton even has young to look after. Other than this, life at the farm was just peachy. Gwen the gabby goose just hatched new goslings. There was also a new lamb on the farm. A black one named Cardigan. Everybody shunned him except for Wilbur and the two instantly became friends. Wilbur taught him how to be like a pig. Pretty soon it was time for the county fair again. Fern planned to enter the tomato contest. She had grown a fairly large one courtesy of Wilbur's manure. Templeton was looking forward to feasting on all the littered food. Soon Wilbur and Cardigan are loaded into crates. Templeton and Nellie come along and soon the Zuckermans are off to the fair. Fern's tomato wins first prize and to Wilbur's surprise, a farmer named Hirsch buys Cardigan! Fern begs Uncle Homer not to sell him but he wouldn't listen.
Wilbur became worried about Cardigan and just had to go see him. So he, along with Charlotte's daughters, Templeton the Rat, a squirrel, rabbit, bird, fish, frog, turtle, and a baby dragon named Spyro set out to visit Cardigan and make sure he's okay. Spyro is never seen again until Charlotte's Web 5: The Spooky Island. Gwen was born there so she gave Wilbur directions and Templeton knew the way so he could lead. Of course, Templeton didn't come cheap. He made Wilbur promise to babysit his kids for several weeks. The stakes went up to two extra weeks when Templeton had to save Wilbur from some bramble bushes. Joy, Aranea and Nellie had come along and agreed to help in any way they could. They suffer many misfortunes but finally make it to the Hirsch farm. Wilbur had gotten into an accident involving berry juice and some leaves, making him look like a wild boar. Immediately Mrs. Hirsch took him to be dangerous and... I give up! This movie sucks d***!!!!!

[edit] Criticsm
Though the reception for the first movie had positive reviews, the second one encountered really negative reviews. That's right, another direct-to-video piece of crap sequel to a once great movie. As I like to put it, it's "good movies gone bad".
Both Roger Ebert of TV Guide and Mike Long of DVD talk stated that the movie was complety God-aweful.
"Sadly I have to watch this movie about 6 times a day, everyday. I think I know the script inside out now. The good points about this sequel is the 3 songs, they are quite good but it is best to listen to them without watching the movie as the acting? and out of sync suck. The voices are good, my favourites are Bessie and Nellie. The backgrounds are amazing, excellent artwork.
The bad points are that this movie sucks. It doesnt follow on from the original. It looks hurried and not planned. The script sucks, the jokes poor, and it has the most ugliest lamb I have ever seen as a character in a cartoon. The voice of the lamb makes you feel like smashing up your TV and then burn your house down - its damn grating and annoying.
At first I hated the film, now I just loathe it. I still enjoy listening to Bessie and Nellie as the voices are great, shame they are reading a crap script.
I agree with the other person that posted here, its not worth watching. The story sucks, the Wilbur character has been turned into a wimp you want to kick up the ass, the lamb is ugly and provokes anger, the jokes are from a christmas cracker, the script is from a TV commercial." Roger Ebert.
"What a bad sequel. What was Paramount thinking? I think they were influenced by Universal's endless Land Before Time sequels and the way Disney always makes sequels to their animated films so they thought, "What the heck? Let's do a sequel to Charlotte's Web". But Charlotte is dead so what's the use?! I think this movie is more of a sequel to the book than the 1973 film because the characters look nothing like the ones in the original. I rate this film: 1 out of 10! It sucks! The sarcasm from Templeton is so annoying as well as the sour attitudes from the girl spiders. I do not recommend this film to anyone! Not even your kids will like this one! Anyway, do not see Charlotte's Web 2: Wilbur's Great Adventure! Don't buy it. Don't rent it. Even the kids will hate it! Trust me! Position yourself as far from this film as you possibly can! Trust me!! Because overall, Wilbur and Pals Are Back in a Shameful Direct-to-Video Sequel that will continue to suck, years from now." Mike Long
[edit] Other Stories Featuring Joy, Aranea, & Nellie
A few years ago, a mysterious person wrote stories about Joy, Aranea, Nellie, who he calls "The Cavatica Sisters". However, they were not public, and most of them were lost his computer broke down once, so his oldest one that stays in existence up to this day is rather strange.
For more information on these stories, see Spider, although the information is yet to be written there.
