A molecule of Hapiphase and its chiral equivalent.

Chiral is a kick-ass game from Ambrosia Software. If you ask someone who studies science, however, they may tell you that many processes in nature occur in two nearly identical varieties, one of which is the evil twin of the other.

Environments in which this distinction matters are said to be chiral, and the two processes are chiral equivalents of each other.

The exchange particle for chiral processes is the Goateeon, which can be seen in much higher concentrations in evil processes.

It was long believed that nature did not discriminate between the two types of processes, allowing each to occur with equal probability, but recent evidence indicates otherwise. It is thought that formation of large, sentient, crystalline entities occurs almost exclusively in its evil variant, possibly because of the good variant's inability to use contractions.

Not to be confused with Carl, the evil twin of Lenny.
