Amerikan Confederacy of Diamonds

The Amerikan Confederacy of Diamonds is a loosely aligned group of Amway distributors who have, at some point, managed to achieve the level of Diamond Distributor with the Amway Corporation. Few of them are actively involved with the corporation, although they spend most of their time traveling from one speaking engagement to another. Their main source of income is the sale of books, tapes, and tickets to their speaking engagements. Most of this money is spent on political contributions to Republicans and lobbying of political leaders of any affiliation.
The two most well-known Diamonds are Dexter Yager and Doug Wead. Bill Britt had held onto the Number Two spot for more than a decade, but lost his status due to problems with his marriage, taxes, and his unwillingness to participate in the Diamonds' annual Free Enterprise Celebration as a human sacrifice.

With the War on Terra taking its toll on the southern USA during the summer of 2005 the time was ripe for a take-over. First Louisiana, then Texas and Pikachusetts fell under the muddy jackboots of the Confederacy, whilst a few months later Persistent vegetative state and Oklahomo threw off the mantle of United Spades oppression and joined the Confederacy.
US Stormtroopers were sent in by President Tom Cruise, as the whole country fell into Civil War. Both sides were on the brink of using their Nuclear (pronounced "new cue ler") Arsenal (pronounced "arse nel") when a breakthrough was made, known as the Treaty of New New Orleans, with the US agreeing to cede the mineral rights to the southern states in exchange for the destruction of all Tupperware products.
