Subcomandante Marcos: a true hero and therefore the complete opposite of modern day monarch
Constitutional monarchy can be defined as an outdated form of government, where monarchs - usually a king or a queen - are of no use whatsoever - other than when they're co-signing bogus laws that have already been approved in parliament to make things look good, even though they're not. This is an arrangement employed by many monarchs to ensure their living standards.

Meanwhile it is also their way of justifying their own existence by disregarding the fact that they have outlived their usefulness centuries ago...When was the last time you saw Queen Elizabeth geared up in a suit of armour riding of into battle to ward of the French? Ahh the french, can't really be admired for anything else other than the decapitation of their royal family...that being said screw them.

One of the most notorious monarchies is the Nazi German empire. Hitler killed, I mean climbed his way to the top. Kaiser is a stupid title though. It sounds like a fricking roll. But, just look at that mustache, it says power to me.

Another notable constitutional monarchy is Sweden, where the monarch have traded their power for the ability to drive large firetrucks at high velocities on the wrong side of the road without getting arrested.
