Cyanide pills have side effects including nausea, loss of sleep or death.

These pills are most commonly used to fight eye twitches or mosquito attrations to the mouth or nostrils. Although 60% of its users feel unable to sleep for a period of 5-7 months it can be "worth while if you are getting annoyed by mosquitos or eye twiches" -Paris Hilton. The Cyanide pills are illegal over-the-counter drugs and are also used in large amounts to give impotent men and women the best night of their lives before usually dying.

Recently, doctors and specialists have been trying to reverse the side effects so that, instead of dying, you can become immortal.

These pills are also famous for causing fake epilectic convulsions for those who would like to experience one.

This pill has been voted by 92% of Americans as "a very useful pill" Since the interviewers realized that Americans only say crap, they went to Cambodia to interview the Cambodians, after a few weeks, they realized that they couldnt speak their language and it was a useless trip. The interviewers were American.

Anyway, getting back to the pill, a Brazilian doctor has discovered that if you dissolve the pill with a few drops of water then smear the mixture over your eye or all over your face, it will work just as well but without the side effects. Many highly addicted users thank him although they still want to see if the American doctors can produce the same thing except in a less shocking color that hot pink with hot orange and lime green swirls.
