Diet water is water without the hydrogen. Regular water being H20 (2 hydrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom), that would make diet water 1 oxygen atom. Therefore, diet water would be bottled air.

So called diet water' is actually heavier than regular water when in liquid form, having a specific gravity of about 1.1. It is also more calorific, having much more potential energy than water.
