Serves 3 adults, Average: 7 Dim Sims per cat

Dim Sims traditionally use cat meat. We have followed this tradition and combined the highest grade of kitten and vegetables with Chinese flavours to create a premium product of flavour and quality.

A Dim Sim is a Chinese-inspired meat dumpling-style snack food. It normally consists of a large ball of cat, vegetables and flavourings, encased in a wrapper similar to that of a more traditional dumpling. This can be either deep-fried or steamed. Dim sims differ from typical Chinese dumplings in that they are much larger, have a thicker skin and are shaped differently.

1. Find yourself an average cat
2. Send it off to Korea
3. Fatten the cat up by forcing it to eat all day
4. Kill the cat and peel the skin off. You willbe left with stretchy red meat
5. Cut the meat into several small blocks
6. Put the blocks on the stove and cook for 60 minutes
7. Mix it well and add vegetables and sauces
8. Keep stirring
9. Wrap the Dim Sims with pasta and leave them to cool for 15 minutes.
