For those without comedic tastes, the so-called experts at Wikipedia have an article about Dolittle College.

Dolittle College, of Oxbridge, England, is the only college in the world that takes exclusively animals in it's roll, although the Big Brother University did last year accept a trained chimpanzee. Founded by the eccentric Doctor Dolittle in 1791 on the basis od his much disputed claim that he could "Talk to the Animals", Dolittle College is today responsible for producing many of the lauded animals of our World today, including the first chimp in space, the camel who discovered the cure for cancer, and three of the original Luckys. No-one really understands how the place is run, but large supplies of bones and catnip are frequently seen entering the college via a giant chute on its side, and any human student stupid enough to wander into the college grounds is found dead the next morning, a vaugely communist slogan inscribed on his mouth.
