Dr. Frogg

Dr. Frogg is the greatest scientist who ever lived. He's also accident-prone and hot.

He was born to a very strict father, Mr. H, and a heavy alcoholic mother, Captain Syrup. Captain Syrup was taken away from Mr. H by the Mushroom Kingdom Military back when Dr. Frogg was 4. So Mr. H was forced to raise his young son by himself. Unfortunately, he was so strict he killed their pet canary, Jackson, and he even set a Pikachu on fire when he played the wrong keys on "Home on the Range". At one time, Mr. H tried to teach some foxes how to catch Pokemon but the foxes ended up attacking Dr. Frogg instead. He was sick of being attacked by his father's so-called "students". So then, Dr. Frogg killed Mr. H and worked for some pretty brutal guys, like Wario and Waluigi, and he even tried mutating Yoshis by injecting real dinosaur DNA into their genetics, but apparently, the mutated Yoshis killed lots of people, banning Dr. Frogg from Yoshi's Island. Then, he tried robbing the Red Moon Bank, but he was caught in an explosion. This was the same explosion the Black Gladiator and the Purple Sorceress were caught in. This was how Dr. Frogg lost his hands (maybe, but there have been lots of other theories after that). He now works fo the League of Super Evil. He is funny, but he probably will end up leaving the league along with Red menace and Doom-thingy.

He's had several love affairs, each (except for the Black Cat Twins' Jasmine) being failures. Many of his loves, including the Super Evil Alliance's Dr. Mausse (a woman, by the way), have lied to people that he abused them for sympathy, making poor Dr. Frogg seem like a low-life. That is, until he found Jasmine, who revealed she was just as smart as he was and at times disaster-prone.
