The Dramatica Transit Authority is the meme-ridden LOLDONG transport system operating in the sewer of the World Wide Web, Encyclopedia Dramatica. The system runs buses, subways and memes through the large city.
The EDTA operates 1000 surface transit routes, of which 300 routes make 10 connections with a subway or SPARTA (Special Dramatica Rapid Transit Authority, a rapid transit service that is part of EDTA) station, 750 SPARTA stations and 100 subway routes. In 2008, the Dramatica Tranport Corporation carried 91 million passengers per day, and there were 702,392,179 passenger trips in total.

The Dramatica Transport Authority is formerly known as the Dramatica Transport Corporation. Teh public transport system was created as far back as one hundred years ago, being born from memes. The Dramatica Transit Authority has provided meme-ridden entertainment and transport around the ED community. Initially providing simple services from the Main Page Terminal to high-density areas of the online community, it has grown rapidly due to the available memes on the Internet and now operates throughout the whole area. The main problem with the subways and buses is that there are too many memes on them and their stations were badly repaired with a sign saying "Caution: This is Sparta".
Although the network is a complete waste of money since nobody wants to travel in them anyway, it was really useful to go from one meme to another. As more memes are created, a subway network was put in place, followed by SPARTA, where it goes to random areas. Sometimes, the HeadOn advert can appear without noticing in some areas, particulary the HeadOn area. there are areas around Encyclopedia Dramatica that have more memes than what the sewers have to offer. The slogan is "In LOLDONG we travelled", mainly because they think that Uncyclopedia's public transport system is shit.
After Dramatica Transport Authority was formed after the split, the UTA had fuck all, while EDTA had a proper fleet of buses and subways. During ED's infancy, there had been outrage and mass throwings of bottles. So EDTA begat a complex system of linking from one article to another, and pollute it with child porn, roricon and other trolling ways to attract passengers to travel from one meme to another.
In 2008, Dramatica Transport Authority ran out of funding for more stations, and since ED ran out of money too, they put up signs that say "WE NEED MOAR FUNDING PLZ FOR LOLDONG TR4N5P0RT!" when you arrive at Encyclopedia Dramatica Central. They even put up dating sites, porn sites and porn to attract moar passengers.

EDTA's fleet is known to carry mainly shit images, passengers and comments to the destination. There are also complaints of puke, memes and hentai posted around the buses and subways. The number of buses and subways is said to number OVER 9000! EDTA also links to 4chan and other pointless meme websites.
