U.S.A. PATRIOT is actually an insidious acronym, thought up by the brilliant minds in our esteemed government. IT actually stands for: Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism.

This translates to: We will do whatever we want to, up to and including spying(incl. voyeurism), wiretapping, warrantless search and seizure, and general failure to actually protect America.

Thus far, the Act has mostly been used to scare little children( go to bed, or the PATRIOT Act will get you!) and librarians. It has also failed miserably to actually accomplish anything useful.
