Failing to swallow

The 6th Commandment brought down from the Sinai mountain by Moses prohibits women from failing to swallow "that which is most precious from thy lovers schlong". Whether Moses had a piss fetish is a question of much religious scholarly work, especially at the Univerisity of Salt Lake City. However, traditional texts rather accent the concept of swallowing all the liquid matter, instead of what the liquid itself is. Moreover, the ambiguity in the translation may be due to the Catholic church's early attempts to convert Pagans to bukkake. The Japanese, in their usual habit of being advanced beyond western culture in sexual fetishes, had already perfected the science of bukkake in creating Peter North.

Further information is given in Section C Subheading A-132 which implies the penalty is death by boning. In some countries, an ambassador's failure to swallow constitutes an act of war.
