GLAAD has announced that they are in the works to form a holiday celebrating the gays and lesbians of America. Known simply as Gay Day, many celebrities have been called upon to represent this cause. Two of the top candidates for Gay Day representatives are:

  • RuPaul:
"RuPaul," according to the President of GLAAD, "represents the style that the gay and lesbians of America desire to express. Her contributions to the gay and lesbian community as to the world is what we, as GLAAD wish to express to the world..."
  • Rosie O'Donald
"Rosie represents the strict moral upstanding that the GLAAD community wishes to express.. Plus we all love Tom Cruise." said a drunken bum laying on the streets which looked remarkably like Tom Cruise

"One of the most important things, besides letting people know about Gay Day, is picking the day" reported Andrew Peterson, Vice President of GLAAD. We haven't yet picked a day, but we have narrowed it down." Some of the days that this reporter was shown are:

  • January 12
  • August 23
  • September 11
  • October 13
  • December 4
  • November 13
  • June 31
  • July 3
  • July 5
  • March 18
  • November 25
  • January 29

As of today a day has not been picked. A vote will be held at the next GLAAD meeting. Then petitioning the White House to approve Gay Day

[edit] Supporters of Gay Day

Among the many supports of Gay Day. The most affluent ones have been Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber, Jim Henson, Jorja Fox, and Paris Hilton.

Uncyclopedia interviewed Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber last month and asked him why he was a supporter of Gay Day. He told us.

“If it wasn't for the Gays and Lesbians I would be out of a job. I mean lets face it, Cats wouldn't have lasted one week if it wasn't for homosexuals. Their dancing skills are wonderful. I mean what straight man could jump that high.”

Mr. Webber, who to this reporter seemed to be high or drunk went into a rambling about his one night stand with one of his homosexual cast members. I refuse to mention what was said, but they have Pay Per View shows about those kind of things.

Also Ben Grover who was born on gay day (13th November)said:

Im totally honoured to be born on Gay Day as it totally tells you who I am.

[edit] Rules of Gay Day

In order to participate in Gay Day, you must abide by a certain set of rules:

  1. You must be gay
  2. You must be lesbian
  3. You cannot be bisexual
  4. You cannot be heterosexual
  5. You must join GLAAD
  6. You must constantly tell people "I'm gay deal with it." Even when nobody asks.
  7. You must proclaim that anyone who isn't supporting homosexuals is a homophobe, even if they are indifferent to homosexuals.
  8. Men: You must wear brightly colored attire at all times.
  9. Women: You must wear flannels at all time (even when it's 200 degrees outside)
  10. Men: You must refer to everyone as "gurl"
  11. Women: You must take offense if a man holds open a door for you, siting that the man is a sexist pig and quoting every women's movement quote you can think of, and then some.
  12. Men: You must work in a ladies apparel store, or be an interior decorator.
  13. Women: You must work as a lumber jack, police officer, or any occupation that requires a uniform.
  14. You must like Green Day.
  15. You must act like/be Benjamin Grover.
