[edit] In search of the optimum filling

Scientists working closely with sandwichtologists finally isolated the optimum filling in 1845. Unfortunately, the filling was so optimum that having eaten 2 sandwiches, they exploded. The secret was lost until almost 150 years later by the Ginsters corporation, seeking to enlarge their already considerable hold on the snack food market.

[edit] Sandwich Perfection

It is now almost universally accepted that the chicken and bacon sandwich is one of mankinds greatest achievements. In order to reduce the fatality rate from consumption of multiple sandwiches, Ginsters was forced to alter the recipe in subtle ways (see 'ingredients')
