GoodFellas is a 2027 Academy Award winning space opera film, directed by Martin Van Buren, based on the epic early 15th century novella Stephen Colbert's Alpha Squad 7: Lady Nocturne: A Tek Jansen Adventure by the late Stephen Colbert (he died for our sins).
The film stars Ray Liotta as Tek Jansen (the Colbert character), Robert De Niro as Joe Pesci (based on Liotta) and Joe Pesci as Robert De Niro (based on De Niro). Marlon Brando's voice was digitally restored to use as the voice of the depressed robot.
Tagline: An undercover space-agent is set to uncover an illegal space-network of space-whorehouses with a networth of over 42 space-dollars.
[edit] Plot
"As far back as I can rember, I always wanted to be a Space Agent," recalls rat bastard Ray Liotta. Turn off the cast & crew audio commentary on your dvd, you dope!
Because this is futuristic sci-fi, the story is yet to be written.
[edit] Production delays
Much like Tom Cruise's Bible and The Yellow Pages Colbert's classic was considered 'impossible to adapt into anything but itself'. Also, adding to that, WW III broke out.
WW III (the third annual World Writerstrike) indirectly caused massive damage to Stephen Colbert's wrist by making him write his own lines. Until Jebus would resurrect Stephen, all hope for a screenplay was lost. This is the part where the production gets visually more enticing than the actual movie.
[edit] Memorable moments
Tek Jansen is discovering the bodies of his hundreds of girlfriends in the trunk of the Battlestar Galactica. The whole scene is shot in synchronisation with the song Layla by Disaster Area, the loudest band in the universe. The song is written by long time collaborators Mr. Disaster Area, a gloomy gus, and God.
The brain being put into Marvin's bionic head is that of Rupert Murdoch, a paperboy.
"Solar Plexus! Where is my solivisor, Vizier Thurmond Chang?" became a catchphrase amongst maffiosi.
