Soon after the recovery of his lost appendage, Johnathan Thomas Corso, now known as the leader of the ILBP, set out to unite his people. With a great cry of, "¡Los BIZCOCHOS DE CHOCOLATE Y NUECES REUNENIDAD!" John called all the Brown leaders to meet. The first meeting was attended by such noteables such as the Italians, the Mexicans, the Arabs, the Paki Indians, the Filipinos, and the Native Americans. James Murphy, although he himself Irish was allowed to attend by claiming he had Vitiligo. John, having the amazing ability to appear to be all groups at once, was voted leader.
What happened during that fateful meeting has never been divulged, but some scholars maintain that the next 5 Olympic Games were decided by the International League of Brown People, who spend most of their time working in Convenience Stores.

The International League of Brown People are not only known for their outstanding performance in convenience stores, but are also known for their diligent landscaping efforts. John Corso is the hardest working member of the International League of Brown People. In an act of extreme gratitude, John Corso created Tony Weed's house.
