Part of the Jerry Seinfeld Interstate Highway System
West End: Interstate 15 in Yootaw
Major Junctions: Grand
East End: Baltimore (or less)
Beginning in the middle of nowhere in Utah, the route passes through some canyons and Mormons on the way to Grand Junction in Colorado. Denver is a good place to pick up some weed, as well as near mile marker 420 (if it's still there). You will need it, because the stretch of I-70 through Kansas is the most boring highway on Earth.
Auxiliary route - Interstate 270
There are four routes named Interstate 270 - in Denver, St. Louis, Columbus, and Washington. Travel is only allowed heading westbound (compass heading 270°); eastbound traffic is not allowed.
The westbound requirement facilitates travel away from undesirable areas. In Denver, this is primarily for tourists; it leads them away from the city and toward Boulder; in St. Louis, it leads away from Ferguson, and in Washington, it leads away from Hell.
