Joey is a main character in Yu-Gi-Oh!, and a cute bishounen figure (not to mention he acts like a badass). He is also blessed by God (or so he is lead to believe). Joey is believed to be a virgin, although there is some confusion over an alleged molestation case. And in the original Japanese version he is known as Katsuya Jounouchi.
[edit] Why Joey is Teh Sexx
- Joey has the sanest male haircut in the entire series. Yugi's hair looks like a 5 year old's attempt to draw fire. Tristan had his hair replaced with some sort of anvil. Pegasus borrowed his hair from Edgar Winter. Therefore, by default, Joey is Teh Sexx.
- Joey has a Brooklyn accent. Other famous sex symbols with a Brooklyn accent include Tony Danza, Danny Devito, Colin Quinn and Rosie O'Donnell. Clearly, Brooklyn accents are Teh Sexx.
- Joey is a caring guy who duels to raise money for his sister's eye surgery. He loses the winner-take-all tournament against Yugi, but Yugi gives him the money anyhow. So he really didn't have to go to the tournament anyway and his presence in the entire story arc is kind of useless. Still it's the thought that counts.
- Joey has the blood of Inuyasha flowing within his (killer) body. His love life, Mai Valentine comes from the same origin as Kagome. Just like how Inuyasha is too dumb to notice that he loves Kagome, Joey is also too dumb to notice that he loves Mai. In other words, reincarnations of Inuyasha are Teh Sexx.
- Ever since Yu-Gi-Oh aired on Japanese TV, Vic Mignogna wanted to be Joey's VA. Ever since the day the dubbing company from hell took over Yu-Gi-Oh, Vic felt really sad because he wanted ADV Films to dub Yu-Gi-Oh so he'd fulfill his wish of becoming Joey's American VA. The point is, Vic Mignogna's fave anime characters are Teh Sexx.

Today, Joey can be found anywhere. He can be performing in Ranma live-action shows as Ranma Saotome or BLEACH live-action shows as Ichigo Kurosaki, or cosplaying as Inuyasha or Edward Elric. He can also be found piloting his favorite Gundam machines and battling Evangelion machines. He also has a career in the Hentai business and is surprisingly skilled for a virgin with a small penis.
