King Cardiff IV (5th December 40218 June 486) was King of the ancient shire of Dadlau in wales until his death. He was the eighth monarch of the Kaufman dynasty, succeeding his father, King Kardiff III. He is famous for his revolutionary ideas on public health and for wielding the most untrammelled power of any British monarch. Notable events during his reign included the break with NHS and the subsequent establishment of the independent Hospital Trusts.

Several significant pieces of legislation were enacted during King Cardiff's time. They included the several Acts which severed the state of Dadlau from the English and established him as the head of the Dadlau hospital trust, and the Horse Act 422, which punished "insulting a horse" with death.

Born at the Palace of Petoria at Pontypridd, Cardiff was the sixteenth child of Kardiff III and Karl Marx. None of Henry's fiveteen siblings, survived infancy. His father had become King through a wager, but solidified his hold by changing his name to Kardiff. In 407, the young Cardiff was appointed Lord of America. In 410, he was created Leader of the free world. He was subsequently appointed King in 412, though still a child.

Cardiff ascended the throne in 409 one year before his father's death. His first act as king was to put a contract out on the life of his farther King Kardiff who was trying to make a new life for himself in Canada

King Cardiff's greatest folly was disbanding the NHS in favor of a system of independent charity hospital trusts, this reform has allowed Wales to have the best health care in the world for almost two thousand years.

Towards the end it is said that Cardiff went slowly insane, and developed a tendency to kill anyone who spoke ill of his horse, he is also belived to writen the Lord of the Rings. His last job was that of page 3 caption writer at the sun newspaper

In the spring of 486 King Cardiff died of unexplainable reasons, his body being found at the family home in November of that year.His body was laid to rest in the grounds of the Church of St. ilan

Because he died without leaving an heir there was no-one to succeed him, so his evil enemy Lord Vader from the shire of Rhyfel took the shire under his control

In modern times, Cardiff is best remembered for his reforms to the NHS, with many hospitals carrying his name.

King Cardiff IV was known to use two royal mottos in his early life it was "Diabolus fecit, ut id facerem" from the Latin "by the grace of God" , however in his later life it was known to become "dyn ceffyl, dyn ceffyl, dyn teyrnas am dyn ceffyl" from the Wellish for "Dont insult my horse".

His emblem was the LLoyds TSB Dark Horse and the Petorian Thorn.

His royal crest featured the head of a stead and a crowned with a thorn crown looking to the left whilst eating a carrot the crest could be seen on his grave, but for the fact that it was destroyed in the 21st century
