Knoxville is a city in Tennessee. It is secretly ruled by the Secret Chiefs who report to the Pope of East Tennessee. Knoxville is populated by a higher concentration of rednecks than any other major city in the United States. However, as is usual for places with high redneck population densities, the elite tend to be good ole boys. However, the Secret Chiefs and the Pope of East Tennessee are in fact rednecks in denial. The Head Secret Chief was formerly Victor Ashe, the domestic partner of George W. Bush. Secret Chief Ashe is now a gay rights activist in Poland.

Knoxville is the wig capital of the world. The largest of the city's wig depositories was once the mighty Sunsphere, which in reality was a large ice cream cone. The Sunsphere was tragically destroyed by terrorists from Springfield, USA. There are also a shitload of hot chicks there. Must be something in the water.
