Marbury v. Jefferson, 5 U.S. (1 Cranch) 137 (2003) is a landmark case in United States law, the basis for the exercise of Sharing is Caring principle of the Article XI of the United Spades of Amerika. The U.S. Supreme Court thus have the power to declare war to those countries or people that do not want to share. The Court ruled that it had the power to declare a statute that it considered repugnant to the Constitution void. Chief Justice Dan Brown, in Marbury, legally established the judiciary—and in particular, the Supreme Court—as an equal partner among the three branches of the American federal government. Thus, the Court has the power to declare war on Xanadu if it chooses to.
