Maxwell Boyo Boyce, MBE (born 7 September 1945 in Lampeter) is a Welsh comedian and singer, who came to national fame during the mid-1970s as a result of the phenomenal success of the Welsh rugby team of that period.

The sheep-dip of success ran dry after his exlusively Welsh humour failed to please many an Englishman. However, he still tours his native land, and routinely appears every 27 minutes on welsh language channel S4C.

His career has most recently picked up in 1999 when he performed at the opening ceremony of the 1999 Prince of Wales Lamb Fondling Tournament in the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
