Mute, one of the seventy-four most rarely used letters of the Sun Alphabet, is also the hardest to pronounce, consisting of no sound, but no sound pronounced in a very specific way. Mute, when correctly pronounced, has the ability to suck all sound out of the surrounding atmosphere, making it a very useful letter to know when meeting an extended family. Only 3 words in any language use the letter mute, and two of these are banned. The other is the archaic form of the word gardening, which until the mid-20th century required a degree in linguistics to pronounce correctly. If the letter mute is repeated into a trombone, Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, "Symobilia Symphonia", can be derived.
