NCMO when unraveled by the most educated and brightest minds translates roughly into "Non Commital Make-Out" though this translation is highly debated and some say that it stands for "Non Comittal Mugging of an Oriental" but all agree that whatever it stands for it's all non commital.

In the begining there was darkness but that was boring and not so good for wild parties so god created the universe and everything in it and it was good. then late one night jesus was trying to get it on with a freaky coed but was finding it hard to do becasue both agreed there had to be some sort of relationship before they could even make out but then there was an almighty eppifany and the NCMO was born and all was better than before but still not perfect. then when the earth was all done and finished it was opened as the universes most pimpin club and then things were perfect. once on earth many people lost the memories they had of life before earth but they soon moved on becasue they couldent remember there being a change and so the NCMO was lost. but do not lose hope commrades becasue it comes back later in the story.so life went on for a couple of millenia and them jesus came back and re-introdused the NCMO and all was good again until the end of time.

today NCMO is just as popular as ever and though sometimes held in secrecy and sometimes displayed openly NCMO is a crucial part of society. today you can find people NCMO'ng just about everywhere you go and while this may be discorageing to some of you uncyclopedian's out there becasue you know that youll never get some dont fret becasue NCMO is also a spectator sport. just take a look around on any day and you will shurely see someone engaged in hot and sometimes furry NCMO. today varietys of NCMO are as numerous as STD's in a gay bar or bottles of wine in a frenchie's house lets explore ome of these.
lonely NCMO: the most common type when two people see that they are the only two losers in the building who arent hooked up they usualy find that to avoid embarrasment NCMO is essential
Hey there! NCMO: another common variety mainly used by those who are extremely good looking or, (like Johnny Depp) have cheat codes for the opposite sex. this is what hapens when one person walks up to the other greets them and then they both go at it.
celabratory NCMO: this is a rare variety of NCMO where after a triuphant victory one celebrating person grabs another and they both engage not because of attraction or even because they know who the other person is but because they are both ecstatic and in need of a good snogging.

to NCMO first one must be at a place where this is going to happen (not you moms basement working on your uncyclopedia page) somewhere like a party or utah this is obveously the hardest part. however with a little motivation it can happen through tedious research the scientists at the university of PARTY have found that enticing you pothead freind with some cheetos or funyons is a good tactic for getting him to drive you where you need to go. however once there one must find a willing participant a good place to look is in the dark corners near the booze (or spiked punch) or along the walls where lonely members of your preffered sex are likely to hang out talk to them a little then move in and... NCMO!
alteritavely you could just walk up to someone on the street say NCMO! and go at it (though this method sometomes leads to violence or other unwanted consequences)
