The Nationally Elected Gangsta Regulatory Organization is an organization that selects random babies around the world to be gangsta's.The Nationally Elected Gangsta Regulatory Organization supplies the parents with long shorts, sunglasses, ripped jeans, baseball caps with straight brims, bling, and a book full of virtues and skiils to teach these nationally elected gangsta's, such as spitting, smoking, drugs, rap music, swearing and general rudeness. Also, the Nationally Elected Gangsta Regulatory Organization keeps track of any gangsta's straying from the gangsta path. If they fall to far to the side, they are booted from the organization and shunned by all certified gangsta's.
