Ness was once a small and nice boy wo lived in new york and loved to play baseball. Until one day he and his famliy visited seami street and was kidnapped by elmo and became his sex slave. this scared ness for life and turned him into elmo's very own homicidal maniac bent on smashing you knees with his baseball bat and making windchimes out of you genitilla.Ness will also hit you with his taser disguied as a yo-yo. he lives with a piggy bank. he is a devout chatlic and reads the bible everyday. he has autism and can't say many things very well.
