Blacktown is a "council" in the west of a little town called Sydney, located in Tooheys New South Wales, Australia. It is such a prestigeous council that every other person in Sydney that doesnt come from Blacktown says that Blacktown is crap. Don't listen to them there lieing and most probaly from Mexico.

Ignore normal books when they say Blacktown was settled a while ago again their all lieing. Blacktown was created in 1992 when a group of mexicans got together one night after a particularly nasty burito fest. They then started to feel sick and vomitted in the general region of Western Sydney. From the mess on the ground grew the great council we know now.

IF anyone dare challenge the awsomness of Blacktown that particular country, state or suburb will be set upon by the magical wizards of the Blacktown RSL club. One example is the pitiful hole of a suburd named greystanes. It used to be the capital of the world but then they said that Blacktown's shoes smelt bad. Then within hours Greystanes was shook by the worlds largest earthquake and suddenly they became the hole they are.
