Off Bug Spray's sinister twin. Use of On causes swarms of stinging insects to descend on the subject and then fly off again quickly, leaving nothing but bones. A favorite execution method of Oprah and her evil minions.

Much like matter and antimatter, if any amount of On spray comes into contact with Off, the two chemicals will violently combust with the force of a nuclear bomb. This process was used by Oprah to level the city of Ouagadougou in 2007.
