More honest words couldn't be spoken by this well-to-do poor kid from Nebraska. Born Randall Daddy Welfare in 1989, this master of the rap scene started his career with a shitty computer, a Casio, and a dream. Known to many as the king of white rappers, things didn't always come easy for Mr. Welfare. His early childhood of drugs, alcohol, and Elmo would corrupt any impressionable mind and make them evil. Pimp D. was no exception. Most of his early work was missing a chunk of true artistic ability even though his rapping talent was definitely there. It wasn't until teaming up with Wesley Willis at the National Schizophrenic Rappers Convention (NSRC) that Welfare's true talent arose.
