Peter Neal Taylor

Peter Neal Taylor (Russian: Иссинг Гей Уолф) (April 19, 1870-Present), is a Russian Nationalist. He is a former Bolshevik Party member and one of the founders of The Global Soviet Hardliner Nationalist Party (G.S.H.N.P.)

Born in a forest in the Ural Mountains, Russian Empire, Peter was the son of Mikhailovich and Valentina Taylor. His father was unemployed…..the family are suspected cannibals………this is unconfirmed and Peter continues to dismiss the stories.
Peter supposedly learned how to kill from his father and many sources (though unreliable) claim that he officially developed a taste for human flesh at the age of 8. He remained in the forest for many years, until he was a young man. One day, after having likely eaten its original owner, Peter’s father came to him with a wallet full of money, his mother took the money and used it to ensure he had a good education….he was enrolled at Moscow State University (M.S.U)

Peter began his studies at M.S.U in 1900 (Exactly what he studied is unknown). During his time at M.S.U., Peter became acquainted with a member of the Bolshevik Party. After realising that they intended to de-thrown the Tsar, he joined up.
(Philip Henry was also studying at M.S.U at the time, though he and Peter would not meet until they were both thrown into Chetverg Prison following the failure of the attempted Revolution of 1905)
[edit] The 1905 Revolution
Peter was involved in the Revolution attempt of 1905, he also played a key role in it’s build-up as many rumours suggest that he and a group of Bolshevik comrades disguised as Tsarist forces and gunned down innocent protesters on “Bloody Sunday” Peter was arrested during the course of the 1905 Revolution and thrown into Chetverg Prison. It is during his time here that he and a group of fellow Bolsheviks create the G.S.H.N.P.

[edit] Outbreak of WW1
Though Peter was able to avoid WW1, it did make him very hungry…in spite of being able to suppress his (rumoured) cannibalistic tendencies…..they began to re-emerge. With vast numbers of Russians off fighting the war, Peter grew very hungry.
[edit] The Russian Revolution (1917)
Peter did not play any role of any importance during the Revolution, he simply walked around the Bolshevik HQ in his hairy birthday suit eating Bryndza cheese. Ironically, he would later become the “Commissar of Cheese Making”
Very little is known about Peter’s Bolshevik career, after the Revolution in 1917 he becomes somewhat of an obscurity.

After reading Rhys Gragoranovich Calder’s autobiography, "My life was perfect.....until I met that bearded fool." Peter retaliated by releasing his own book, "How that bastard Welshman ruined my life.".

It has been suggested that Peter may have played a key role in the securing of foodstuffs for the Welsh Communist Party (in other words, eating Welsh undesirables). Apart from this, the useless hair ball did nothing, and remains far inferior to the other members of the G.S.H.N.P.

The FBI stated that they believe that Peter’s group has very close ties with Don Vincent Brassi , leader of the Brassi Crime Family.
