Shagging is the movement of your hips as you thrust your penis up a woman's hole (vagina or anus). When shagging the both people get an orgasmic feeling and grow weaker, but the more they shag the better the feeling. Eventually they must stop to get some rest, doing other things such as blowjobs, sucking tits etc to pass the time. After that they have another go at it.
If the male is shagged/shags too hard then his penis will snap off. This can cause minor set-backs in the bedroom, but another one grows to replace it after a while. Another side effect of shagging can be a baby being shitted out of the woman's hole (vagina or anus). Of course, this is bad. If this happens then I suggest you abandon it and move to Mexico. If you already live in Mexico your screwed.
If two men shag then it is wrong! Do not do it men! Hang in there there must be a woman for you somewhere, just keep looking. Even if it is the small, fat and ginger person you used to bully while you were at high school. Do not turn homosexual!
