[edit] History

Shonen Jump was created in The Philippines on July 14, 1232 A.D. Shonen Jump started out as a magazine full of the best comic series in The Philippines and home improvement ideas. Shonen Jump started to become very popular in many different parts of the world shortly after its creation. When the Japanese found out about Shonen Jump's popularity, they became mad at The Philippines because people all over the world were reading their great comics and not Japan's wonderful manga. So after being threatened to be bombed, The Philippines gave up Shonen Jump and all of their great home improvement ideas to Japan. Japan soon got rid of all the Philipppine's comics and home improvement ideas and replaced them with manga series and Yu-Gi-Oh! trading cards. From that day on, Japan is now given all of the credit for Shonen Jump.

[edit] Shonen Jump Across the World

Shonen Jump has made many people across the globe addicted to it and its wonderful manga series. Shonen Jump is so popular that every single country in the world gets it published, however, since it would take forever to list all of the countries, here are just a few:

The United States The United States gets the most Shonen Jump magazines published than any other country in the world, with the exception of Japan. The U.S. publishes about 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, copies of Shonen Jump each year. This is because Shonen Jump has caused many teenagers and some adults to become obsessed with manga, anime, and everything Japan. Even some U.S. teens actually think that they are Japanese which is kind of sad.

China Since so many copies of Shonen Jump are made each year, the Japanese had to find people who would make copies of the magazine for very low pay. So most copies of Shonen Jump are produced in Chinese sweat shops, thus making China being a huge fan of Shonen Jump too. In the past five years, many Chinese school children have been getting into trouble by bringing Shonen Jump magazines in to school and not doing their school work.

The Philippines Even though Japan had taken Shonen Jump away from them, The Philippines are still actually quite big fans of the magazine. Although they still miss some of their old comics, they have learned to adapt to Japanese manga and the pure bliss of Yu-Gi-Oh!GX.

Canada Canada pretty much loves Shonen Jumpo for the same reasons why the United States loves it to death, however, Canada only makes a total of 999,999,999,999,999 copies of Shonen Jump each year.
