Stilton

Stilton was the first known transuranic element to be discovered. Stilton or cheddar with salmonella poisoning is used in many ways, examples include the skin enclosing Rumpelstiltonskin.

It is mined by wee trows in the Shetland Islands and often sold to Kings of Scotland in exchange for albino haggises, which are much treasured as high status pets by the trow lords.
