The Cosby Show was a hit reality show starring Alicia Keys and David Cosby of Cosby, Sills, Ash and Jung on MTV. Cameras followed them through their everyday lifes of being immensly wealthy and very, very, stoned. The exceptionally high ratings of the show caused the president of every other cable network to commit seppuku.

Controversy and Cancellation[edit]

The show caused uproarous controversy when David Cosby shat out a baby on live television. The episode, #102 was pulled off the air almost immediately after its first showing.

In 2005, the Cosby Show was officially cancelled in reaction to David Cosby's controversial "apple pie" speech, which criticized the white caucasian community.
