The Devastator

In his evil plans for the world he saw no obstacle - domiation was surely his. He had infiltrated the American senate, decades before he became known in the world of villainy. He counselled and influenced several influential characters, notably a Russian immigrant, fleeing from his three mob-leader sisters from his communist homeworld. He promptly changed his name to George; and with the help of his supervillain chum, unwittingly made it to the top of his career - and became George Bushel, president of the USA, named rather unimaginitively after a previous president, who was persuaded to play along with the 'he's my son' story.

Meanwhile, the Devastator had made sinister allegiances with the dictator Hussein in I-Rack, and had given him a fully operational silo of nuclear missiles, ready to activate in fotry-two minutes.

The plan was hatched as Bushel invaded I-Rack, while the Devastator wsa secretly building an escape base on the moon, but unfortunately, he overlooked one thing. Well two.

One - Hussein lost his silo somewhere in the desert, and was trapped like a soviet moon-dog in a crater when the war transpired.

Two - the Devastator got trapped in a crater on the moon by soviet ravaging moon-dogs, because the Russians felt left out of the 'free missile bonanza' so he was ravaged in the vacuum of space.
