Theocratic monarchy

Theocratic Monarchy, or Hedonism as no-fun, eunuch politicians in the West like to call it, is the sexy system of Government wherein a King and Queen are chosen to govern based on a combination of genital size and sexual stamina, and laws regarding human rights and appropriate public behaviour are determined by the state religion, most commonly Discordianism or Sub-Genius.

The most famous Theocratic Monarchy is probably Saudi Arabia, a swingin' sex-pot where the currency is orgasms, and vast oil-wells produce astro-glide 24\7.

Curiously, Saudi Arabia's state religion used to be Anton LeVay's Church of Satan, but due to Royal decree (which was a bit questionable due to the King being coked up at the time), plagiarism was declared illegal, and thus the Saudi Arabians formed a slightly new religion, Wahabbism, where the canonical texts were the Ayn Rand books Mr. LeVey ripped off in the first place.
