Springfield, Illinois -- In a recent speech Michelle Obama, directly quoting the Clinton family, stated that "if you can't clean your house, you can't clean the White House." Well, in a recent twist of events, Michelle Obama has offered to clean Senator Hillary Clinton's house. This occured only days after she quit her job to help campaign for her husband, who is running for President.
Michelle Obama will have to take an airplane into New York State twice a week to clean the Clintons' home. Fortunately, the Obamas do not have to pay for airplane tickets as Obama supporters are having a rally in Gary, Indiana next week to raise money.
Barack Obama was pleased with the news, saying "The money Michelle made cleaning could be used as campaign funds." While he didn't directy say this, it will obviously cost Clinton money, and several agree that having a Presidential candidate's wife cleaning a Presidential candidate's house would make a candidate look bad.
When asked by the media what she had cleaned, Michelle Obama said "I have removed dead rats, stale food, broken glass, and cat poop". Immediately after this statement, Hillary Clinton's support had fallen to 10%.
In the very end, the money will certainly add up, but is that what it takes to win an election? Is it money, a cleaner house, OR, is it a nicer family? Only time can tell.
