Holiday in Cambodia

Hey RadicalX, pleased to make your acquaintance. And I love the stained-glass Mr T.

This is not really a request, but more of a letting-you-know-in-case-you're-interested thing. I've done an article on Cambodia (which for some reason you can't find on a search, but it's at Cambodia). For the country fact box I've just bunged up the regular Cambodian flag and a pic of a landmine. If you or anyone else is interested in doing something more interesting for the facts panel or any other part of the story, feel free to have a bash.

Cheers, --User:Armando/sig 11:48, 3 August 2006 (UTC)

  • No need to suck up, Armando...hehe Anyway, here's what I came up with. I hope that looks enough like a landmine...Rad 13:16, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

User:Sir Cornbread/Hermaphrodite

  • I need a great pic for this article, which will be my PLS entry. Notice the theme I'm going with..not just transsexuals, I'm making it about a transsexual Greek God, Hermaphrodite, a parody of Aphrodite. This pic needs to depict a hideous god/godess with male & female qualities. Please help me out. --User:Sir Cornbread/sig 08:17, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
"What, you were expecting Athena?"
I don't know if this matches the picture in your head; but it matches the picture in mine, and it's gonna take a lot of booze to wash it away. Modusoperandi 01:27, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
Its definitely better than I could do, but I need this to be REALLY ugly. I can see it in my head, I just cant make it well. I see "It" as having a beard and such male qualities, and having boobs and other female qualities...I dunno, I just want this image to be scarring and hilarious at the same time. --User:Sir Cornbread/sig 01:41, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
Well, then here's where we part ways. Good luck, you creepy weirdo. I'm going to go take a shower for about an hour. Modusoperandi 02:01, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
My twisted mind indeed thinks up some weird stuff, but if nobody else submits something better, I'll use your image. So thanks. --User:Sir Cornbread/sig 02:03, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
What? I can't hear you over the sound of hot running water! Ow, I have soap in my eyes! Dirty, so dirty! Modusoperandi 02:06, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
Penis de milo.jpg
  • Well, I've posted my take on it. Rad 02:57, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
  • Here's another, just for fun. Rad 03:42, 3 August 2006 (UTC
Hey, what're you lookin' at?

Here, and thanks for wrecking Marilyn for me. <puts down mouse, walks away from computer...whimpers softly> Modusoperandi 04:17, 3 August 2006 (UTC)

Haha they're all great. I'll use them all. Thanks my homies. --User:Sir Cornbread/sig 04:36, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
I added a beard to the Marilyn pic. It's an embarrassment of riches...and it's an embarrassment. It's weird how when you ask for a normal pic you get one, but when you ask for a hermaphrodite you get four. Now let us never speak of this again. Modusoperandi 04:50, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
Well now I'm done (I think), and I ended up using every one of these pics. So thanks tons! --User:Sir Cornbread/sig 05:29, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

UnBooks:Pudgic Bible

I like the way this article turned out, but it could use a good pic or two. I'll take anything really. Seriously, anything... --User:DiZ/sig 14:40, 31 July 2006 (UTC)

And this man was the prophet, the prophet and knight Sir Uncyclopedia.
How does this help? User:Uncyclopedian/sig
I'll think about it, but Revelations already has a picture, and Sir Uncyclopedia really wasn't that important in the story. --User:DiZ/sig 15:51, 31 July 2006 (UTC)

Great Library of Alexandria

This educational page has no pictures, and needs them desperately.--WatchTVEatDonutDrinkBeer 00:18, 28 July 2006 (UTC)

It's not an original pic, but how about adult bookstore plus cops. Well, it makes me giggle, anyway... Modusoperandi 00:28, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
Ha, HA! I was hoping someone might want to take a shot at creating some of the items in the Collection. Like, the Beercan Stonehenge.--WatchTVEatDonutDrinkBeer 00:30, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
My bad. I don't know what that means, I assume it's some sort of apology. Modusoperandi 03:18, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
I was laughing because the picture is funny.--WatchTVEatDonutDrinkBeer 03:31, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
Beat cops in an adult bookstore equals comedy gold. It's nice when reality provides its own punchline. Modusoperandi 12:32, 30 July 2006 (UTC)
That picture really deserves its own page, make it the story of the cop, and him finding a picture of his mother on that fateful day, and that being the reason why he invented Fundie Magazine, or some such thing--WatchTVEatDonutDrinkBeer 23:14, 30 July 2006 (UTC)
That would be cool. If inspiration ever hits I'll write a history of AFM page. I'm currently working on something much, much lighter (my recent pics have been too. See Reefer Desk. Way, way lighter). As much as I like how AFM turned out, it was depressing to research and I'm not sure I want to reopen that book so soon. I'm in my Hello Kitty/Wizard of Oz phase. Give it time...or write it yourself if the mood hits you. It's all good. Modusoperandi 02:23, 31 July 2006 (UTC)
Thank you for your picture, good luck on your new stuff, I am looking forward to seeing them--WatchTVEatDonutDrinkBeer 18:58, 2 August 2006 (UTC)

Okay, I have added some images from the copyright-free stock images, but I'm not very good with Photoshop yet and am hoping other adventurous types might want to fix the few already on the page and maybe add their own. Thanks.--WatchTVEatDonutDrinkBeer 04:14, 29 July 2006 (UTC)

Jethro Tull

Jethro wears his aqualung as he prepares to pick a dog-end.

The article's a clever little satire, but the image sucks.--User:Czar Yah/sig 01:54, 24 July 2006 (UTC)

    • My idea would be an inverted picture of the normal grue. Or maybe the inverted picture of "This is not a grue." on the Grue page. --Timmytiptoe my talk 12:43, 21 July 2006 (UTC)
      • I'm pretty sure that this isn't what you meant, but Nomemes has a grue/domo kun on it. The other possibility would be an albino grue with non-pointy teeth...I'd make it for you, but my Grue period has passed. Modusoperandi 22:28, 26 July 2006 (UTC)
        • This is my first, and probably last, Grue-related image. Rad 03:16, 28 July 2006 (UTC)

UnNews:Nasrallah: I did not have sex with that virgin

Planning to prepare of sort of a series on the "UnWar in the Middle East", sort of an alternative to the Wikinews. Can someone be so kind and prepare a logo to the series of reports? something like I've posted for now - "UnWar in the Middle East, UnNews Special Report".

Of course, I might be bombed till you prepare it, but it's the thought that counts.....

  1. Image:P4logo.JPG - I need someone to change "idiot outside" to "Oscar Wilde" (without altering the font and style).
  2. I need a picture of the iStove as well.
  3. That's all - thanks!

-- User:Col.swordman/sig 14:28, 12 July 2006 (UTC)

I don't acctually have that font, but I tried to fake it.

I've tried to make the text bigger and closer resemble the original font, but I still don't think it's great.. the 'w' inparticular sucks --Huffers 07:53, 18 September 2006 (UTC)

Professor Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters

I'm not exactly sure what the rules for using copywrited pictures are on this site. I'm looking for one pic of the outside of the building, and then I need a photoshop of either a basketball in Prof X's lap when he's sitting in his wheelchair, or slap Pat Steward's head on a wheelchair basketball player. I can go throug my extensive xmen comic collection and find the first one, but I don't want to if its not legal/accepted/something I can get away with.

I'm sure it's definitely legal/accepted/something you can get away with. --Spin 22:52, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
The only thing that is copyrighted is the name of the school, and its protected under parody.
Balding, get it?

Pointless drivel

What I'd really like something that looks Jackson Pollock-ish, but not an outright copy that could infringe copyright laws. I'd do it myself, but I don't have access to PS right now, and Paint would just suck. Also, I'm looking for a picture of a splatter painting with the name of Vincent Van Gogh subtlely hidden within, but not too subtlely. Many thanks from a pitiful n00b. --Sharkbait1986 19:35, 9 July 2006 (UTC)

Try this one: http://www.tinkers-emporium.com/images/Sm.%20for%20sale/Dremel%20Tool.jpg --Spin 03:36, 10 July 2006 (UTC)

It's useable, but not quite what I was hoping for. --Sharkbait1986 16:53, 11 July 2006 (UTC)

This article is begging for good images. If you could, good sir, I'd like items along the lines of Z high on drugs on the air, riding a unicycle naked, and a mod of the play cover of Pygmalion with Mrs Patrick Campbell replaced with a convincing Z. Really, any relevant Z/Sesame Street image would be awesome. Thanks. --User:Savethemooses/sig 04:55, 9 July 2006 (UTC)

And to think that penis was made out of part of his face.
  • Here yah go stm. I wasn't sure if Z was supposed to be a man or an animated letter, so I just used a sesame street sceencap. --User:Zombiebaron/sig 21:12, 10 July 2006 (UTC)

Oscar Wilde Series

I'll bet you think those are a woman's legs...

I request of myself and other artists to contribute to the Oscar Wilde Series I'm starting. These pictures will feature our hero, Oscar Wilde, in various modern-day settings. Here is the first, just to give you an example. Strong Rad 18:12, 30 June 2006 (UTC)

Oscar, though an able athlete, was removed from the team over a heated color-scheme dispute with the owner.

Here's one. A lot of time for not much result. Oh well. --Spin 00:21, 1 July 2006 (UTC)

Poets Pride!

And another -- User:Sannse/Sig-w 14:44, 1 July 2006 (UTC)

Oscar tries to see the dinosaur in this piece of art. Can you see it?

Wow. I have no clue how to colourize. But some kind fellow seems to have made a colour wax modle of our Man Friday, and so I used that. Oh, and I know it sucks. --User:Zombiebaron/sig 01:14, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

Hollywood onlookers may have been stunned with Oscar's choice of attire at the 2001 Academy Awards, but he felt entitled to dress flamboyantly because, after all, that little golden phallic statue is named after him.

I have no ideaner how to colourize neither. I probably took some bass-ackwards route to get this, so I hopes it's alright. -- Imrealized 02:49, 5 July 2006 (UTC)

West Nile Virus

For the article I'd like one of octopi holding AK-47's, maybe have them shooting them in the air, or wearing ski masks (I want them to look like terrorists). Much thanks, your humble servant: --Aether 14:52, 29 June 2006 (UTC)

Oscar Wilde, pictured here transcending contemporary photographic technology.

Is only Oscar's source image black and white? If so, can you upload a copy with everything else colored so I can try to photoshop some colors into Oscar? I'm only asking because that image is so awesome. --Spin 23:43, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
Unfortunately, yes. That was kinda the joke behind my Maniac Mansionpic...I'll see if I can get the source material for you, though. I did it during my lunch break at work, so that's where all the stuff is. Strong Rad 23:56, 28 June 2006 (UTC)

Purgatory, sans Wilde.

Here's my color version...I don't like it as well as the black and white one, though....Strong Rad 11:04, 29 June 2006 (UTC)

You got something against colored images? --Spin 15:46, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
I just think that colored and non-colored images should be separate. They're equal, though. But your image up there is really messing with my paradigms, man... Strong Rad 16:06, 29 June 2006 (UTC)

Booth Shot First

Not quite sure what would work best for this one. Possibly a reversal of this pic of Lincoln's assassination, maybe with Lincoln in place of the guy standing up (not Booth). Alternatively perhaps amalgamate this pic of Tony Montana with a picture of Abraham Lincoln from that one Star Trek Episode (here's one from Memory Alpha) or maybe the beginning of Police Squad. Then again, if anyone has any better ideas, please, feel free to ignore me. Lenin & McCarthy 10:43, 25 June 2006 (UTC)

Laws of Anime Physics

I rewrote this article, and I even made an image for the "first manga book's cover". The thing is, I'm trying to get that image to look old and worn, and I don't know how. I know you guys can blow right through this, but I can't. Thanks! --User:Karn/sig. 01:39, 23 June 2006 (UTC)

a simple task, my young padawan. i even used the cliche burnt edges.

Here ya go. --User:Kaizer the Bjorn/sig 17:11, 23 June 2006 (UTC)

Actually, I was looking for something more wrinkled and torn. --User:Karn/sig. 18:46, 23 June 2006 (UTC)

No problem

More towards your liking? --User:Kaizer the Bjorn/sig 00:02, 24 June 2006 (UTC)

Well...Remember, this is made in Feudal Japan. I need it to look old, torn, and withered. That just looks like someone has wrinkled it up. --User:Karn/sig. 17:46, 24 June 2006 (UTC)

I'm not sure if you'll like either of the two I made. The line through the middle is my poor attempt at folding. --User:Zombiebaron/sig 23:07, 24 June 2006 (UTC)

I'll go ahead and use #2, as it's in black and white, and not color, though I was looking for something more old and torn. This is supposed to be from some time like 500. Of course, nothing stays perfect overtime.

First Ever Manga Book redux.jpg

I deem you to be too picky, Karn. Either accept the fine work of these gentlemen, or learn to do it yourself. Or use my slightly altered version. Strong Rad 04:38, 25 June 2006 (UTC)

Actually, RadicalX, that was exactly what I was looking for...It looks old, wrinkled, and torn. Thanks! XD --User:Karn/sig. 02:43, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

Well, in that case, good! =) Special nod on this to Kaizer for the burn marks, since I just used his version and modded it up. I guess pickiness pays sometimes. hehe Strong Rad 13:24, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

The Tao of Pooh

The Tao of Pooh versus the Tao of Jeet Kune Do.

Paradise Lost

Umm, yeah. Knowing nothing about animated gifs, I'm not sure if this is a large order to fill, or completely impractical or if I'm even allowed in here. What I'm looking for is a Wikipedia logo like the new bouncing one, except instead of bouncing can we make it on fire? It sorta relates to this article and I'm thinking it'd be a good alternative on pages such as Dante Alighieri, Hell and whatnot, but whadda I know. It's not super important so if it will be too time consuming or difficult I understand; it'd just be a nice little addition. Thanks. --Immy IM 05:33, 15 June 2006 (UTC)

I made a "Lost: Paradise. REWARD" sort of a poster image a while back, but I don't know if I saved it because it didn't really fit the article. --Spin 01:36, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
It's not what you asked for, and not relevant to the article, but here it is anyhow.

Poof, There It Is Theory

For UnMeta

Here is a sorta okay version, as I am just learining photoshop.

Seeming as that there isn't an Image Request on UnMeta, I'll request some images here for any UnMetans to upload onto UnMeta.

For Chronicles of Uncyclopedia (what it says), either:

  1. A picture of some ancient scrolls / an ancient book of the chronicles,
  2. A painting / tapestry from inside the chronicles,
  3. A glorified picture of Chronarion writing the Chronicles
  4. ???
  5. Profit!

Ignore the last two, I had run out of ideas. ~ Ghelæ talkcontribs 17:27, 4 May 2006 (UTC)

That's a font site Bjorn.--User:Zombiebaron/sig2 18:48, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
  • here's a version of the book that i made. More pictures are on their way. --User:Kaizer the Bjorn/sig 18:38, 20 May 2006 (UTC)

Another one to add... let me know if there is anything that should be in this that I've missed... -- User:Sannse/Sig 20:59, 20 May 2006 (UTC)

    • Perfect! Well, as good as it gets. Possibly. If no-one else can make a better one. ~ Ghelæ talkcontribs 06:02, 21 May 2006 (UTC)
Chronarion writing the Chronicles

I need a logo for this show. I was thinking of a few pieces of charcoal, possibly in the shape of the word "Tochwood". Either that or a take on the "real" logo [1], possibly pointing to the similarities to the eye of sauron.

I'm not quite sure if this is what you wanted
  • Is this alright? --User:Zombiebaron/sig 18:09, 6 May 2006 (UTC)
    • Umm, that's not really what I was looking for. I was thinking more of some wood which has already been torched. Thanks anyway.--Kenmcfa 15:20, 7 May 2006 (UTC)
      • I'll have a go then. Here's my take on your two ideas.. let me know if you want changes (the fire background on 1 doesn't work I think?) -- User:Sannse/Sig 12:31, 8 May 2006 (UTC)

        • The Sauron one is perfect, thank you.--Kenmcfa 19:41, 8 May 2006 (UTC)

  • I've got the console right, but I'm going to need something better than that temporary logo. Thanks! --Jocke Pirat 21:03, 30 April 2006 (UTC)

How's about something like this? Strong Rad 14:31, 2 May 2006 (UTC)

Perfect! Thanks!--Jocke Pirat 02:00, 3 May 2006 (UTC)

Samuel L. Johnson

Simple one, here - I need a melding of Dr. Johnson and Samuel L. Jackson. Thanks --Cap'n Sir Ben GUN WotM VFH VFP 07:18, 30 April 2006 (UTC)

Samuel L Johnson.jpg
So that would look a bit like this... or did you want it the other way round? -- User:Sannse/Sig 12:10, 30 April 2006 (UTC)
No; that's exactly the sort of thing I was after. Many thanks! --Cap'n Sir Ben GUN WotM VFH VFP 12:55, 30 April 2006 (UTC)

Ancient Leet language

I made this article a long time ago, but it needs some pictures, so a picture like a deep, dark cave with 1337 writing on would be a good picture. ~ Ghelæ talkcontribs 12:17, 29 April 2006 (UTC)

Cave God Stallman.jpg
Here's one... possibly another to follow if I don't go to bed instead. -- User:Sannse/Sig 21:52, 29 April 2006 (UTC)
I didn't go to bed instead -- User:Sannse/Sig 22:55, 29 April 2006 (UTC)
I would also like a picture of some cave painting of a leet god of some kind. ~ Ghelæ talkcontribs 13:05, 30 April 2006 (UTC)
I have no idea what a leet god would look like... someone suggested they would look stallmanish, so that's what I tried. -- User:Sannse/Sig 15:25, 30 April 2006 (UTC)
A picture of people fighting underneath with the "PWNED!!! →" would be good, if you get what I mean. ~ Ghelæ talkcontribs 15:57, 30 April 2006 (UTC) P.S - preferably Encyclopædia Dramaticans looking like complete idiots, for the 3,1337 BC victory of the Leet of the 'Dramaticii'. ~ Ghelæ talkcontribs
I'm bored with cave painting now, and have no idea how to depict that anyway... someone else's turn - sorry -- User:Sannse/Sig 16:37, 30 April 2006 (UTC)
Ok then. Someone else'll have to do it.

Do you think that was a bit excessive? ~ Ghelæ talkcontribs 16:43, 30 April 2006 (UTC)

Ancient l33t.jpg

Since you guys are so desperate over here...--User:Kaizer the Bjorn/sig 21:48, 30 April 2006 (UTC)

He's desperate, I'm just disparate -- User:Sannse/Sig 09:28, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
Thanks, I think that's enough pictures now... ~ Ghelæ talkcontribs 09:53, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
Oh, and I'm excessive, not desparate. ~ Ghelæ talkcontribs 11:12, 1 May 2006 (UTC)

Sega Genesis

I was thinking a Sega Genesis with a 32X on top and a Sega CD on bottom (that part's super easy...Google Image Search, type in Sega Genesis CD 32X) with a halo on top? And maybe the caption could be "$500 for only thirty-two bits? Sounds holy!"

$500 for only thirty-two bits? Sounds holy.
OK, I've had a quick go at this. --Hindleyite Poet Lowrate Talk 16:48, 3 May 2006 (UTC)
Ok, good job, but there's no Sega CD at the bottom. I've created a makeshift image at the site if you want to know what I mean. User:Clorox/sig2 14:06, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
I remember my older Sega. I always wondered what the connector on the side was for, the one that says "don't open. will shock you!". Then the Segacd finally came to america. Also the N64 had a similar thing underneath it, for the failed 64DD addon. Family Guy Guy 05:13, 21 June 2006 (UTC)

The largest number

Mount Number watching over her sister Everest.
Taller than the highest building... but not as big as a four
It turns out that mathematical logic is nothing but a fairy tale

This should be easy but I can't do it myself. Can you whip up a picture of a Giant Single digit number (not 1 or 0) for this article compared to something big like a mountain?--Witt E, 05:38, 23 April 2006 (UTC)

That's all I could come up with... --User:MoneySign/sig 00:52, 30 April 2006 (UTC)
So a three would be smaller than a four... User:Sannse/Sig 14:06, 30 April 2006 (UTC)
How do you explain this then? --User:MoneySign/sig 15:18, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
Dammit, mathmatics was never my strong point -- User:Sannse/Sig 19:36, 1 May 2006 (UTC) (oh, and nice work!)
Oo, didn't notice the compliment... Thanks! Took me long enough (I have the tendancy to put too much time into certain details). Your 1337 cave paintings aren't too shabby either! *gives sannse an apple* --User:MoneySign/sig 23:07, 1 May 2006 (UTC)

I want to say thankee to you for the awesome pictures. This'll work great.--Witt E, 01:21, 4 May 2006 (UTC)

Luke Skywalker

That article desperately needs a rewrite, and I'd like a picture of Luke, uhm, skywalking. - User:Guest/sig 09:09, 22 April 2006 (UTC)

Believe it or not, he's walking on air.

Here's a little something. Strong Rad 03:43, 24 April 2006 (UTC)

iPod IV

I created this out of boredom, It is preety good and it needs expanding, But I don't think it's complete without pictures. SU182 02:12, 16 April 2006 (UTC)

I couldn't get the whole connecting to orphases thing to work...

I've made this article as an addition to windows, Actually I wanted to write somthing that had to do with my fantasy, So I need pictures made that relate to Windows OSTWES. SU182 16:49, 15 April 2006 (UTC)

Evil Illuminati Adolf Hitler Clone Society

I've done a lot of work on this article, but it still needs a header picture. As it's about a secret society of Hitler clones, I was thinking an old B & W pic with several people who's heads had been replaced with those of Hitler's would work perfectly. Could anyone help me with this? Lenin & McCarthy 17:23, 15 April 2006 (UTC)

Syphilis Symphonies

This article would be much better with a movie poster to go with the article. If you get around to it, would you mind making a poster for it? I'd prefer no sexual content on it. Other than that, I don't really care. Thanks for any help! SnoopY 01:09, 8 April 2006 (UTC)

Here's a little something I cooked up.

Will this do? --User:Zombiebaron/sig 19:00, 6 May 2006 (UTC)

Strawberry Fields (prison)

Read the article, be creative, the article just feels lacking now. I would, but I no idea how to use any of those confounding photo-editing devices.

How's this then?

Is this any better? ~User:SimulacrumCaputosis/sig5

New Zealand

Given that the executive wing of the NZ Parliament is called the Beehive, is it possible to redo one of the wikipedia pics ([2]) to replace the Beehive building ([3]) with an actual beehive? and have bees flying out of it?
