[edit] The Risembool Rangers
Vic's fanclub, The Risembool Rangers (Often abbrievated to 'RR' or '<3') are said to reside in the grassy slopes of Risembool. The are often found rangering, as the name implies. Their existance is often debated between members of the rival clan The Miniskirt Army, but this is because Miniskirt Officers only have one eye and never see Rangers coming, until it's too late.
The ranger language can be hard to decipher for non-native speakers; as it contains many interestingly placed Bs, and also conveys a certain degree of kindness (Referred to as 'Lobve' between members), which is rarely found in modern society.
The Risembool Rangers often play dodgeball with the Miniskirt Army (MSA) but because of the lack of skills the MSA have, the Risembool Rangers mostly win.
