Whipping it out in public
From Uncyclopedia, the content-free encyclopedia.
Template:Nrv "Whipping it out in public" is a time-honored form of duel between two participants who have grown angry with each other for some reason or another.
[edit] Rules and Procedures
The contestants typically dress up in Victorian era suits with fluffy lacey shirt cuffs or dresses, find a busy street corner, and proceed to pull out insanely large whips (similar to those used by lion tamers, only much longer) with which to lash each other with many times over. They have "whipped it out" when one person has to retire to the local saloon to fill up on bottled water and crumbcake. The person left standing in the street is declared the wiener winner, and tickertape parades ensue.
