The Twenty-30th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, residing in the so-called Bill of Rights, was enacted in 2005 and signed into law by the then President George W. Bush. The amendment banned all personal privacy. Bush himself wrote it, along with the 28th and 29th amendments.
